Over four decades, his vision has evolved into a multidisciplinary educational ecosystem spanning universities, institutions, schools, healthcare, research, and innovation initiatives across India.

His philosophy of the union of science and spirituality continues to shape MIT INDIA's approach to education, leadership, and nation-building.

Forty Years of Institution Building

Founded in 1983 under the aegis of the Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Educational Research (MAEER), MIT INDIA was established with the conviction that education should serve both individual aspiration and societal advancement. Over four decades, this founding vision has evolved into a multidisciplinary educational ecosystem comprising universities, institutions, schools, healthcare, research, design, innovation, and professional learning initiatives.
